From the moment I stepped into Citadines, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel like part of their family. the impeccable service extended from the front desk to the cleaning crew, with names like Fajri, Riana, Julia, Zacky. When I requested a room change due to noise from the mosque, they not only relocated me to a higher floor but also surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom unit-exemplary customer care at its finest. The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and convenience, boasting a well-equipped kitchen where everything worked seamlessly, a balcony with stunning views, and modern amenities like fast WiFi and access to Netflix. the sleek design and cleanliness of the flat, coupled with the complimentary toiletries and the presence of a washing machine and dryer, truly elevated my experience. the hotel's facilities, including a fantastic gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a relaxing steam room, catered to all my needs and more. Situated in a prime location with easy access to transportation options like Bluebird taxis, Citadines also provided a market and excellent dining establishments within proximity. Traveling with a group of five was made effortless with the option to book a spacious three-bedroom apartment, complete with a convenient minimart downstairs for any necessities.
